Get Started on Framer
Your designer/developer is using Framer and gave you the task of creating and account, upgrading to a plan and inviting him to the project so he can get started? Let's look at how to do this
STEP 1
Create your Framer Account
It’s important to register only through this link ↓ to be able to claim the 3-month free offer.
Click here to sign up.
Register with your email or social login.
Once logged in, you’ll land on a Blank Project named 'Untitled'.
STEP 2
Customize your Blank Project
Change your Project's name by double-clicking the 'Untitled'
You can also import a project from a Remix Link or from a Framer Template.
STEP 3
Upgrading your Project's Plan
Projects can be on a Free, Basic, or Pro Plan. Ask your developer which suits you best, but we recommend the Pro Plan as it has all the features you will need to have a great website for your business.
Go to the Project's Settings (gear icon on the top-right part of the screen) → Plans (wallet icon on the left part of the screen)
Once you are in Plans, make sure to toggle the → Personal Pricing Plans instead of the Business Plans.
STEP 4
Inviting a Designer or Developer
If you need help, you can invite someone to collaborate!
Go to the your Profile Picture (Or your name initials on the top-right part of the screen)
Add the email and set permissions. For Designers/Developers is usually full access so they can work properly.
Send the invite and wait until they join.
