Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Akila Studio website (akilastudio.com) or the Akila YouTube Uploader application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services provided

Akila Studio provides web design and development services through this website. The Akila YouTube Uploader is a tool for uploading and scheduling videos to YouTube channels.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the services to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual property

All content on the Akila Studio website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Akila Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Work created for clients as part of design and development services is transferred to the client upon full payment, as outlined in individual project agreements.

No warranty

Our website and applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akila Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Third-party services

The Akila YouTube Uploader integrates with Google and YouTube services. Your use of those services is subject to Google's and YouTube's respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Argentina.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
